How to Use:

1. Preparing the syrup: To make syrup with Letra powders, mix 3 kg of powder with 24 liters of water. This will result in 27 liters of syrup, which equals 180 cups of 150 ml each.

2. To make slush with Letra syrup powder, mix 1 kg of syrup powder with 8 liters of drinking water and pour it into the machine.

• For finer crystals in slush, you can add 200 to 300 g of sugar to each kilogram of powder.
• The freezing level of the slush can be adjusted using the cooling knob of the machine.
• Adding too much water to the syrup powder not only reduces the taste and color of the slush but also causes the liquid to freeze excessively, resulting in abnormal pressure on the paddles and the machine’s system. Adding too much sugar to the slush mixture makes the liquid freeze more slowly and causes the compressor to work more than normal.
